I CAN SAY NOTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THIS DUMP.
Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms werent made up or cleaned any night. Breakfast only served from 7am to 8am, weekdays 8.30am to 9am weekends. Not very suitable when on a break for a few days. Had no towel in my room (actually big wardrobe would be more appropriate) when checked in - left waiting in bar for over 30mins when asked for a towel. Bathroom absolutely freezing cold, fan heater not working, shower unit was filthy with mildew and no remote for TV.
Extremely bad value at £36 per night.
No one had authority to deal with complaints then when i checked out on last morning.
Didnt eat in the place, but glad i didnt when saw how attention to cleaning rooms and bathrooms was niglected - wouldnt like to think how kitchen is.
I sent a fax to the establishment regarding my complaints and requesting a refund, but they didnt even have the courtesy to reply - but then again i wasnt really surprised given the level of service i received.
Terrible, terrible place.
